Shipping Policy and Our Terms

  • Our Shipping Policy is an essential part of our Terms of Service and must be read carefully by all customers before placing an order. All customers must agree to the policy in its entirety, with no exceptions or verbal or written agreements superseding it. Failure to follow this policy could result in the forfeiture of any potential refund claims, partial or full.

 

  • Shipping products with freight is a different experience than the standard UPS/Fedex deliveries that consumers may be used to. It is important to read, understand, and agree with our Shipping & Returns Policy prior to proceeding with an order. This policy includes details on delivery timeframes, tracking information, return shipping options, time frames for filing claims and other important information. Customers who place an order acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed with the Shipping & Returns Policy in its entirety. We appreciate your business and want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Order Shipping 

  • Your order will usually ship within 3 business days from the order confirmation date (some brands & manufacturers ship slower).
  • We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when placing your order.
  • All heavy items are shipped via freight: delivery time is approximately 5-10 business days.
  • Manufacturer or us cannot provide any guaranteed delivery dates. Please ensure you order early enough to meet any deadlines so as to avoid any inconvenience.
  • Freight shipping companies do not work on weekends and deliveries are generally made within a 4-hour window between 8am and 5pm.
  • Please feel free to inquire if you do not receive the tracking information, since the email we send you may sometimes end up in your junk or other folders. 
  • Shipping lead times may be longer than usual during holiday/rush periods, or supplier's warehouse backlogs. We will immediately inform you if this is the case and obtain your permission to proceed.

Does Delivery Include Set Up?

No, it does not.

Since the standard delivery method is curbside, it does not include set-up. Oftentimes customers don't realize professional setup costs hundreds of dollars--which is why very few (high-end) brands offer it for free.

Damages or Missing Parts

It is imperative that you open your package immediately upon receiving your package; do not wait for a special event or occasion. This is important as time is of the essence when it comes to freight insurance. In the event that you open your package and discover concealed damage, despite the box being undamaged upon delivery, there are mandatory procedures that you must follow.

Do not assemble a damaged product in any way, and do not throw away the box(es) or the pallet on which the product came.

1. Take pictures of the damaged item(s) inside the package, as well as the packaging itself, from all angle send photos to info@epicgametables.com

2. Keep all delivery documents and packaging materials for inspection by a representative from the shipping company or other authorized personnel.

3. Notify your shipper immediately and provide them with the photos of the damaged items and packaging.

4. File a freight claim with the carrier as soon as possible.

5. Contact our customer service representative from the company that shipped you the package in order to discuss any replacement or refund options available.

6. If instructed, return the item for inspection to determine if it can be repaired

Cancellations & Refunds

The following sales are final and non-cancellable/non-refundable:

  • Any custom orders
  • Any built to order products
  • All Coin/Bill/Token-Operated Tables & Games
  • Pinball Machines

We understand how disappointing it can be when products arrive damaged, so we will always strive to offer a replacement or repair for any product from the above bulleted categories or brands. We unfortunately cannot accept returns/cancellations due to transit damage or freight transit loss; however, if there are any third party or carrier errors, we will do our best to assist you in resolving them in a timely manner.

Freight Issues & Delivery Times

Freight shipping is different from regular shipping, with delivery times never guaranteed, even amongst the largest freighters.

While approximate delivery time frames may be given, these should not be taken as guarantees.

Unfortunately, freight companies may occasionally lose or misplace items, but this rare event only affects a small minority of shipments across all freight companies.

We understand that these rare cases can cause significant delays and disruption, but we want to assure you that any freight issues will be reconciled in a reasonable amount of time.
